Street scenes and people of Cuba

Last month I was in Cuba at a very interesting time, just days after the U.S. announced the progressive restoration of diplomatic relations with the Caribbean country. That was indeed the topic that came up in virtually every conversation.

Cuba is a photographer’s paradise, full of life and colors in every corner.

Stay tuned for more images, also on my online catalog.

Now working with The Photo Closer

I am happy to announce that my work is now represented by photography agent Frank Meo, also known as The Photo Closer.

I am the only photographer in Southeast Asia listed in his directory website, in the Documentary, Editorial, Photojournalism and Reality categories. I am honored (and humbled) to be featured along photography heavyweights such as Donna Ferrato, Lori Grinker and Ron Haviv.

The Photo Closer’s directory-type website is a valuable resource for editors and photo researchers, who also receive regular mailings and photographers’ portfolios. This will be an additional way to showcase my images and get contacted by clients.

Based in New York City, Frank Meo is an industry leader, having represented well-known professional photographers for more than 25 years. With a broad experience in advertising and editorial photography, Meo has succeeded, among other things, in getting high-profile commercial assignments for photojournalists. He is also an active contributor to the photography community, sharing his knowledge in conferences, contests and seminars.

I am very glad to have Frank Meo and his team of freelance advisors in my arsenal of resources to improve and promote my work. Here’s to a fruitful partnership!
